The Modern,Nobu,Dovetail,BLT Fish,Craft and Artisanal.He was the Executive Chef at Till& Sprocket as well at charming french bistro La Gamelle,NYC.
Chef Denis is very passionate about cooking,enjoyes making people happy by cooking delicious meals for them.In the same time he maintains the high level of hospitality and customer service.He's fluent in English,Spanish and Serbo-Croatian ,lives in NYC .
